While planning for our most recent trip, we thought it'd be our last big trip for awhile, our "last hurrah" before we settled down. After visiting New Zealand (which we would go back to in a heartbeat!), we realized that there's always going to be more places we want to visit, foods we want to try, adventures we want to experience.  Whether we are exploring new places abroad or close to home, for us, there is no such thing as a last hurrah.
